Austin, Texas -- Texas Governor Greg Abbott today announced that MD7, LLC, a mobile infrastructure consultancy, will relocate its corporate headquarters to Allen, Texas. The project will create 218 new jobs and more than $6.8 million in capital investment. A Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) grant of $773,000 has been extended to MD7, which includes a $10,000 Veteran Created Job Bonus.
"I am proud to welcome MD7’s headquarters to North Texas and excited for the job opportunities created through this project for veterans and other hardworking Texans," said Governor Abbott. "The relocation of their headquarters will have a positive impact not only on the City of Allen, but the entire state of Texas. MD7 will join an already thriving tech and telecommunications industry in the Lone Star State, and I look forward to the opportunity and prosperity that is to come through their relocation to Texas."

DALLAS, Texas – Passages Israel, a Christian leadership organization offering educational travel experiences in Israel for college students, today announced the relocation of its headquarters from Chicago land to the Dallas area.
Renovations on the 6,200 square-foot office space will begin in late October and feature large collaborative space for internal team use as well as the opportunity to host small events and gatherings. Once completed, 23 of Passages’ 28 staff members will relocate from Chicago to the Texas office. The new office is adjacent to the new 90,000 square-foot convention center and Delta by Marriott Hotel in Allen, Texas, where Passages will host all of its Leaders Conferences.
“We’re thrilled about this new headquarters and how it’s going to allow us to grow our organization,” said Scott Phillips, executive director of Passages Israel. “The move represents both an exciting new chapter for Passages and a reconnection to roots for many of our staff. We’re thrilled to join the Dallas business and faith communities and look forward to years of growth here.”
Credit Union of Texas moved into their new headquarters this past October. The financial institution serves 142,000 members across Texas. The company was previously based in Dallas at the intersection of LBJ Freeway and U.S. Highway 75 but just leased more than 51,000 square feet in the new One Bethany East office building. They also have plans to expand on the first floor of the building as well. With assets of over $1.4 billion, the credit union has been in business for about 90 years and we're very excited to have them at One Bethany East. Other tenants in the building include Verado Energy, video game developer BossFight Entertainment and Allen Economic Development Corporation.
